How to place your on-line order.

Ordering Real Meat Company meat and poultry is pretty much like ordering anything else on the web with one big difference. Meat, unlike shoes and books and things, can vary in type - pork chop, chicken drumstick, Classic sauages, mince - and also by weight.

There are exceptions, ready meals and certain packs are not sold by weight but are a set, predetermined weight and so are sold each - like books and shoes.

As an example of the procedure for a weighed item, lets choose the item you would like to order - say beef mince.

Then choose the number of units you would like. We use Quarter Kilogrammes as units because it is a handy division, roughly half a pound in the old system. So if you would like half a kilo (a pound ) of beef mince, simply order two units.

When your order is made up for you, it probably will not weigh precisely half a kilo. You will receive a receipt detailing exact weights and the subtotals and totals we have charged you.

Unlike many mail order companies, we do not take payment until the day your order is due to arrive with you.

Please note that orders made through Real Meat Direct, our national home/workplace direct delivery service, need to equal or exceed £35 in total value for a weekday delivery or £75 for a Saturday delivery.
