All of the meat and poultry on sale is sourced from us and other goods for sale have been authenticated by us. All franchises are designated FIVE STAR outlets by the definition at the very bottom of this page.

REAL MEAT COMPANY STOCKISTS. Independent shops who stock a range of our produce. Their range of stock is defined by a star system. This indicates the range of goods available for sale rather than how smart the shop is. The star system is qualified at the bottom of the page.

Our very first 'Real Meat Company Shop' was opened in 1986. Owned and run by Alistair Henden who is a first class butcher and very popular with his customers.
Many award winning products were made at this shop - Classic Sausages, Maple Syrup & Juniper Berry Ham and Shropshire Blue & Sun Dried Tomato Beefburgers to name but three national winners.

The FIVE STAR accolade is reserved for Real Meat Company Franchises. The shops are called 'The Real Meat Company' and stock exclusively our produce. All manufactured items, sausages, burgers, ready meals, etc must be made without using artificial flavourings, colourings or preservatives.

A FOUR STAR Stockist carries the full range of our meat and poultry. Every meat derived item in the shop derives from the Real Meat Company.

A THREE STAR Stockist carries our meat and poultry but delicatessen, cooked and other items may not be sourced from us and so their origins are unclear.

A TWO STAR Stockist offers our meat and poultry but stocks conventional meat and poultry also. PLEASE be absolutely certain to specify Real Meat Company produce when using these shops.

A ONE STAR Stockist offers some of our meat but will not carry the full range. PLEASE be absolutely certain to specify Real Meat Company produce when using these shops.
